1. Who We Are
WOW Digest is operated by Olga Brukovskaya, operating as BO ART INITIATIVE, an Israeli exempt dealer / osek patur. WOW Digest is an independent service and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
2. What WOW Digest Provides
WOW Digest is a WhatsApp-first digest and subscription service. It helps users receive short summaries, important-message alerts and translations from selected WhatsApp groups where WOW Digest Reader has been added.
WOW Digest does not access your personal WhatsApp account, private WhatsApp chats, or WhatsApp accounts of other participants. It works only in groups where WOW Digest Reader is present.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You choose which WhatsApp groups to connect.
- You must have authority or permission to add WOW Digest Reader or ask a group admin to add it.
- You must not connect sensitive, confidential, regulated, medical, legal, financial, employment, political, adult, illegal, abusive or high-risk groups.
- If a participant objects to WOW Digest Reader being in a group, you must remove the Reader or contact us promptly.
4. AI Output
WOW Digest uses automated systems and AI models to summarize, translate and identify important messages. Digests and alerts may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, mistranslated or miss context. WOW Digest is an assistant, not a guaranteed monitoring system, and you remain responsible for checking original groups when something is important.
5. Trial, Subscription And Billing
WOW Digest may offer a 7-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically after the trial.
- Weekly subscription: 15 NIS per week.
- Monthly subscription: 50 NIS per month.
Prices are currently intended as final no-VAT-added prices under the current Israeli exempt dealer / osek patur working assumption. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.
For recurring MVP billing, WOW Digest may use hosted card checkout, save the card as a provider token and charge the saved card after the 7-day trial and then weekly or monthly until cancellation. We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers when hosted checkout or provider-hosted fields are used.
6. Cancellation And Refunds
You may cancel through WOW Digest settings, a payment-provider flow if available, or by contacting us. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period, unless applicable law or a specific support decision requires another result.
Refunds and service credits are handled according to the Refund Policy. Removing WOW Digest Reader from groups is separate from cancelling billing.
7. Privacy And Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and what rights may apply. By using WOW Digest, you agree that we may process messages and metadata from groups where WOW Digest Reader is added for providing digests, alerts, translations, troubleshooting, security, billing and support.
8. Service Availability
WOW Digest depends on WhatsApp, gateway providers, AI providers, hosting, email and payment providers. Delivery can be affected by your device settings, muted chats, WhatsApp or email outages, provider restrictions, group admin actions, Reader removal, internet connectivity and other third-party issues.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use WOW Digest illegally, deceptively, for hidden surveillance, harassment, discrimination, abuse, scraping, attacks, overload, resale of group content, or any activity that creates platform, legal, privacy, safety or reputational risk.
10. Disclaimers And Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOW Digest is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted availability, exact delivery times, perfect translation, perfect classification, or that all important messages will be detected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOW Digest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, missed deadlines, missed events, missed payments, lost data, or reliance on inaccurate or delayed digests or alerts. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes
We may update WOW Digest and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through WhatsApp, email, the website, or another reasonable method.
