Refund Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains when WOW Digest may provide refunds or service credits for WOW Digest subscriptions, including a 7-day trial with payment method, a weekly subscription at 15 NIS/week if supported, and a monthly subscription at 50 NIS/month.
2. Trial
If you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, your paid subscription should not start, provided cancellation is completed before the payment provider processes the first charge. If you are charged after a timely cancellation because of a WOW Digest or payment-provider technical issue, contact us.
3. Standard Refund Position
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancelling a paid subscription normally stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period. You keep access until the end of the paid period after cancellation unless you request immediate stop or we provide another remedy.
4. When We May Refund Or Credit
- WOW Digest caused a material service failure.
- You were charged after confirmed cancellation.
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- You were charged the wrong amount or wrong tariff.
- A payment-provider error caused an incorrect charge.
- Support approves a goodwill refund or service credit.
5. Limited-Refund Cases
Subject to applicable law, refunds are usually not provided when the service was materially available but you forgot to cancel, did not add WOW Digest Reader, a group admin refused or removed the Reader, your device or notification settings blocked delivery, a third-party provider restricted service outside WOW Digest's control, or the account was suspended for Terms violations, abuse, fraud, payment failure or legal/platform risk.
6. How To Request A Refund
Contact us and include your account email or WhatsApp number, payment date and amount if known, reason for the request, affected dates and groups if relevant, and any helpful screenshots or receipt details. Do not send full card numbers.
7. Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, we submit it through the payment provider. The time for money to appear depends on the payment provider, card issuer and bank.
