1. Who We Are
WOW Digest is operated by Olga Brukovskaya, operating as BO ART INITIATIVE, an Israeli exempt dealer / osek patur. This Privacy Policy explains how WOW Digest collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use the website, WhatsApp onboarding, connected group digest features, payment flow and support.
2. What WOW Digest Does And Does Not Access
WOW Digest helps users summarize, translate and identify important messages from selected WhatsApp groups. WOW Digest is not WhatsApp, Meta, or an official WhatsApp feature.
- WOW Digest does not access your personal WhatsApp account.
- WOW Digest does not read your private WhatsApp chats.
- WOW Digest does not access WhatsApp accounts of other participants.
- WOW Digest sees only groups where WOW Digest Reader has been added, and only messages and metadata available to that Reader after it is present.
3. Information We Collect From Users
We may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number or WhatsApp identifier, selected language, country, subscription status, tariff, trial dates, payment provider IDs, cancellation reason, support messages, delivery settings, digest settings, connected group list and referral or campaign source if available.
4. Information From Connected Groups
When WOW Digest Reader is added to a WhatsApp group, we may receive and process group names and identifiers, group connection status, Reader membership events, message timestamps, message text, sender identifiers or metadata provided by WhatsApp/gateway systems, attachment metadata, raw gateway payloads needed for debugging and processing, and source message IDs used to create digests or alerts.
5. Generated Information
WOW Digest creates generated service records such as digests, important-message alerts, translations, extracted tasks, dates, times, links, action items, importance reasons, approximate source times, feedback and delivery logs.
6. Website, Analytics And Payment Flow Data
On our website and checkout flow, we may collect page views, language selection, CTA clicks, tariff selection, checkout started/completed/abandoned events, payment success or failure reason codes, UTM parameters, referral source, browser/device/IP information and cookie or similar technology data depending on the analytics tools used.
7. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your WOW Digest account.
- To connect groups to your account.
- To generate digests, translations and important-message alerts.
- To deliver WhatsApp messages and email digests.
- To process payments, refunds, credits and billing notices.
- To provide onboarding, settings, cancellation, support, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, security and service-quality operations.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, security and regulatory obligations.
8. AI Processing
WOW Digest uses AI systems to summarize, translate, classify and extract important information from connected group messages. WOW Digest does not use connected group chats to train external AI models. Concrete message examples may be manually reviewed for debugging or quality only with explicit user permission, except where limited review is strictly necessary for security, abuse, legal or incident handling.
9. Retention
During beta, raw group messages are kept for up to 7 days, with a future target of 72 hours. Digests and important-message records are kept for up to 90 days. Payment, tax, invoice, refund, accounting, support, audit, security and backup records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, abuse prevention or regulatory reasons.
10. Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help operate WOW Digest, including WhatsApp/Meta or WhatsApp gateway providers, AI model providers, hosting and database providers, email providers, payment providers, analytics providers, support tools, error monitoring/logging tools, and legal, accounting, compliance and professional advisors. We may also share information if required by law or to protect rights, privacy, safety, security and integrity.
11. International Transfers And Security
WOW Digest may use providers located outside Israel. Information may be processed in Israel, the European Economic Area, the United States or other countries depending on provider choices. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, restricted admin access, audit logs, secret management, retention cleanup and limiting unnecessary raw-message logging.
12. Your Choices And Requests
As a WOW Digest user, you can change language and delivery settings, turn digest or alert features on or off, add or remove groups, cancel your subscription and contact support about access, correction or deletion requests. To stop group processing immediately, remove WOW Digest Reader from the group or ask support to disconnect it.
If you are a group participant but not a WOW Digest user, you may contact us if you believe messages involving you were processed through a connected group. We may need reasonable information to verify and handle the request.
13. Children And Parent Groups
WOW Digest MVP is designed for parents and adult users. It is not intended for children to create accounts or subscriptions. Parent groups may mention children, but users must not connect groups that contain sensitive child records, medical details, diagnoses, official school records or other high-risk child information.
14. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by WhatsApp, email, website or another reasonable method.
