Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a WOW Digest trial or paid subscription. It should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. How To Cancel
You can cancel through WOW Digest settings, a payment-provider subscription portal if available, or by contacting us. Before paid launch, the exact cancellation path must match the selected payment provider.
3. Trial Cancellation
If you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, your paid subscription should not start, provided cancellation is completed before the payment provider processes the first paid charge. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you use a provider portal or support flow.
4. Paid Subscription Cancellation
Unless we say otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals, takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and does not automatically refund the current paid period. You may continue using paid features until the current paid period ends.
5. Immediate Stop
Cancelling billing is separate from stopping group processing. If you want WOW Digest to stop processing a group immediately, remove WOW Digest Reader from the group, ask support to disconnect the group, or use a disconnect/remove group flow if available.
6. After Cancellation
After cancellation, support, billing, legal, security and service messages may still be sent. Retained data follows the Privacy Policy. Payment, refund, tax, accounting, support and security records may be retained as required.
